When you order a work, HELYS sends you a fingerprint kit in a brushed aluminium box. This kit enables you to take several fingerprints and choose the one you prefer for your picture.

Our kit contains everything you need to take the fingerprints for your picture:

• Ink bands specially designed for taking fingerprints,
• A pre-addressed return envelope,
• A wipe to clean your fingers after taking the prints,
• Instructions for taking fingerprints:

	For best results, we recommend you wash your hands with warm water and carefully dry them before you start.
	After removing the protective cover from the inkpad, press one of your fingertips on the pad while "rolling" it to one side
	Make sure you apply the ink evenly over your fingertip, under the first knuckle joint
	Press and “roll” your finger a single time from right to left in one of the spaces provided. For best results, press down as firmly as possible.
5- Repeat the procedure, starting with step 2, until you obtain the desired print.
6- Tick the box under the print you prefer. We will use this one for your picture
7- Send back the print(s) in the enclosed envelope.
